Shipping
General Info
Shipping to the US
All orders will ship within three business days of being placed.
International Delivery
Orders outside the US will be dispatched and can take 5-10 business days depending on where the package is being shipped (prices vary depending on country). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Custom Charges
Dreamcatcher Golf Co. is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped an email will be sent to your email address provided with all relevant tracking information for you to track the progress of your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges
General Info
Making a return or exchange is easy. First email us at info@dreamcatchergolf.com to alert us of a return or exchange. Please include your order number as well as request for return or exchange and new item you would like in the event of an exchange. Ship your item(s) back to us within 60 days of receiving your order in whatever shipping method you prefer. Hang on to your tracking number. We will process all returns and exchanges within 5 days of receipt.
Return Instructions
Send back your returned items to the address below, please enclose a note with the reason for the return, your order number, and the items you wish to return. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. We will only accept returned items that are unworn/un-damaged.
For orders needing to be returned or exchanged and originating outside the United States, it is the customer’s financial responsibility to ship back the unwanted items. Items should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA. Returns will not be accepted by Dreamcatcher Golf Co. if shipped COD (cash on delivery). It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches the returns department.
Exchange Instructions
Please send your item back with a note advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for. Once this is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly.
Please contact Dreamcatcher Golf Customer Service in advance to make sure we have your new item in stock, alternatively you can place the order to guarantee the item but we will not reserve any orders.
